Help! Need a Loving Home for a Dog

It absolutely breaks my heart to do this, but since we are welcoming a baby into our home in February, and can't risk extra turmoil or stress during that time, we have the following plea:

We are looking for a loving home for our dog, Juneau. She is a 6yo Shepherd mix weighing about 40 pounds. She is normally a really sweet dog who we have loved very much for the past 5 years, but we originally got her from a shelter and she has some fear based aggression, especially around other dogs. She needs to be in a home with no other dogs, and we can't keep her because our other female dog has started fighting with her. For some reason, some animosity started between her and our other female about a year and a half ago. (She gets along fine with our male dog, but it'd probably be best if she was in a single-dog home). They got into a fight and we struggled to separate them. We tried everything to mend their relationship, including sending her off for two weeks of intense training. When she got back, there was still a little tension, but things were okay with them for the next year, with no more fights. A couple of weeks ago, a fight erupted again, and we had to separate them. We've been working to reintroduce them slowly, but they apparently weren't ready and they fought again. Unfortunately, we just can't keep doing this. I am almost 6 months pregnant, and we are worried about this happening in the future with a baby around. We have never feared for our own safety around her, and she likes people, but for some reason she can't get along with other dogs. She knows the commands sit, stay, down, is housebroken, and will go in a crate when told to. Her favorite activities are cuddling on the couch and chewing on rawhides. She is fixed and micro-chipped, and current on all her vaccinations. It is not easy for me to come to this decision and have to find another home for her, because I've loved her dearly for the past 5 years. She would be a great guard dog and companion for someone.  If you are interested, or know of a good home for her, please let us know.  If you know of any places that will take dogs like her for rehabilitation and re-adoption, we are open to that as well.  If you have any suggestions at all for how to find a good home for her, please get in touch with me.  Thanks.  Here are some pictures:
